Encourage collaboration between national and regional authorities from 6 countries in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru) and their counterparts in the EU.
Analyze and assess the framework of innovation and decentralization, as well as reaching practical recommendations aimed at the participating countries.
Establishment of a platform for the transfer of knowledge and collaboration between the countries and regions of Latin America that enables shared learning and represents a point of reference in the definition and implementation of decentralized smart innovation and specialization policies .
