The region chosen to participate in the project is the Province of Jujuy. In addition, on the Argentine side, representatives of the following organizations participate in the project:
Secretary to Provinces and Municipalities: Agency under the Ministry of the Interior, Public Works and Housing that promotes the deepening of federalism in the country, promoting a more equitable distribution of resources so that the provinces and local governments can offer all its citizens, the same quality of goods and services throughout the national territory.
Ministry of Production and Labor: it is the government agency in charge of designing and executing plans related to the promotion of the country's industrial production, as well as foreign trade.
Federal Council of Science and Technology (COFECYT): Entity under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology that advises on Science, Technology and Innovation and is made up of the highest authorities in the provinces with proven experience.
National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA): Decentralized state agency under the Ministry of Agro-industry, responsible for developing research, extension and technological innovation to improve competitiveness and sustainable development of the agricultural, agri-food and agro-industrial sector.
National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI): Argentine agency that reports to the Ministry of Production and Labor, whose main objective is to promote the industrial development of all provinces through innovation and technology transfer.
