In the framework of the EU-CELAC INNOV-AL Platform II project, a Seminar on Decentralized Innovation Policies was held in Yucatán (Mexico) on March 5. The event, organized in collaboration with the Yucatan Secretariat for Research, Innovation and Higher Education, brought together the main actors in the state's innovative ecosystem, including representatives of public organizations, universities and companies.
